Intelligence Support

Intelligence Team Senior Coordinator:

Senior Multi-Discipline/General Military Intelligence/All Source Intelligence Analyst. Directs and manages team production requirements including content, analysis, presentation, and follow up with requestor; participates in and directs production, indications and warnings analysis, collection management, targeting, imagery, network analysis, moving target indications backtracking, counterintelligence, counter-terrorism, information operations, foreign disclosure, international engagements and threat analysis; and conforms all products to organizational, community, and regulatory standards. Directs and participates in information retrieval, knowledge consolidation, analysis, and development of assessments of facts, threat intents, cultural behavioral norms, implications of the environment, and friendly as well as adversarial involvement in that environment, and guides accurate identification of adversarial intent, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and potential threat courses of action. Integrates and manages the intelligence capabilities of team with operations support teams. Maintains and increases organizational knowledge of analytic methodologies, best practices, and common procedures for community activities. Maintains liaison within the intelligence community and develops, through team functions, analyst-to-analyst communications with operational and tactical consumers of intelligence. Incorporates all analytic strengths presented by participating agencies, organizational activities, and available technology into the team's capabilities. 

All Source Analyst: 

Multi-Discipline Intelligence/General Military Intelligence/All Source Intelligence Analyst, participates in production, indications and warning, collection management, targeting, imagery, network analysis, counterintelligence, counter-terrorism, information operations, foreign disclosure, international engagements and threat analysis. Initiates and conducts research efforts; plan, coordinate and synthesize research to produce all-source intelligence products / responses.

MASINT Analyst:

Geospatial Measure Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) Analyst. Retrieve, produce and exploit standard and non-standard MASINT products to support the Operations-Integration mission. Routinely interfaces with DOD, IC and combat units to leverage MASINT capabilities to address formal RFls and ad hoc taskings.

Geospatial Analyst:

Provides geospatial analysis techniques against assigned targets. Exploits and manipulates geospatial data in appropriate formats in support of customer specific directed intelligence analysis and reporting. Acquires, stores, analyzes, maintains, and displays geospatial information in formats including complex graphics, textural reports and briefings. Extracts geospatial information, derivative information and multi-INT data from selected sources for analysis and visualization and applies geospatial analytical methods to solve problems and enhance knowledge for intelligence issues. Additional functions include producing various geospatial datasets and visualizations of geospatial information and intelligence to satisfy customer requirements; provide representational support for internal and external meetings as required. Works closely with All-Source and Imagery Analysts to compile geographic data from textual sources and create graphics in support of the warfighter. Creates geographic representations of areas of interest or specific locations related to a person of interest, compiling data from multiple intelligence sources. Creates geospatial products for internal analysis as well as customer delivery. GIS products produced include: shapefiles, geodatabases, lanl and kmz files for use with both ArcGIS and Google Earth.

IMINT Analyst:

Geospatial Imagery (IMINT) Analyst. Responsible for supervising and analyzing aerial and ground permanent record imagery developed by photographic and electronic means. Duties as an IMINT Analyst may include: studying aerial photographs and recommending the use of imaging sensors for reconnaissance and surveillance missions; using electronic, mechanical and optical devices, as well as photogrammetry, in order to obtain information from imagery; obtaining intelligence by studying and analyzing imagery products; determining target coordinates for accurate location of imagery analysis findings; identifying enemy weapons mld equipment defenses; analyzing installations and lines of communications, and studying land and sea areas that could become battlegrounds in time of war.

HUMINT Analyst:

Integrate and disseminate reports and products. Identify emerging trends and methods of operation in order to deter and interdict networks associated with the sourcing, production, delivery and emplacement of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). Analyze data from in-theater in order to strengthen information gathering through fusion capabilities. Provide deployed forces with higher level of understanding in their AO, especially with respect to recognizing and capitalizing upon signs of radicalization.

GMTI Analyst:

Provide subject matter expertise to Persistent Surveillance and lED Analysis. Assist in meeting a broad spectrum of requirements for providing Ground Moving Target Indicator data analysis and research support to a wide customer base within the United States Government. Provide expertise and experience in GMTI collection systems; data acquisition; GMTI exploitation technologies; GMTI analysis/evaluation and GMTI production processes and systems dissemination methods and tools. Provide research and analysis activities worldwide to address intelligence products in support of Combat/Crisis Operations and customer needs. Integrate GMTI data as applicable in order to provide a product depicting a more complete picture of specific analytical issues; identify intelligence gaps; and prepare intelligence requirements as needed. Disseminate both preliminary and finished GMTI and geospatiallybased intelligence products that contribute to demonstrated impact across the Military, Intelligence and Policy-making community. Should have completed a GMTI Analysis Course;strong knowledge of GMTI functionalities; demonstrated good oral and written communication skills; knowledge and proficient in both commercial and government software; experience collaborating with all national and service intelligence agencies/centers; knowledge in the tasking of overhead intelligence collection systems; knowledge of non-EO imaging; and experience using the Joint Services Workstation (JSWS).
